1. Agreement

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password secret. Turn on two-step verification for extra protection.
• You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, using cards that are not yours, or bad-faith chargebacks.
• We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or put other customers at risk.

3. Digital products and delivery

Products are access rights to third-party digital services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the brand owners. Automatic products appear on your order page as soon as payment clears; staff-delivered products are usually ready within one hour during business hours. You must follow the original provider’s rules, for example not changing the password or profile settings of a shared plan.

4. Prices and currency

Each product is priced in a currency we choose and shown in your currency at the latest exchange rate. You are charged the amount shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes. Your card issuer may add its own fees, which we do not control.

5. Wallet credit

• Wallet credit is store credit for purchases on this website only. It is not electronic money, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred or cashed out except as described in the Refund Policy.
• Credit does not expire while your account is open.
• Payment processing fees are shown before you pay. Top-up bonuses follow the terms shown at the time.

6. Warranty and refunds

See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party providers, unless caused by us.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. Changes never apply retroactively to completed orders.
